Leadership engagement -Boiler-
OSCHATZ, a leader in boiler technology for waste treatment, started-up an organization by carefully and toughly selecting and forming the management team. E&PC coached them identifying their long-term vision, strategic themes, cultural rules and deploying them through out the new employees.

Understand the business flow -Safety-
BACOU-DALLOZ, a leader in Personal Protection Equipment, needs to create a deep understanding of the business and financial flow, in order to help managers to make-decision at their level and to pull into the same direction. E&PC involved the team in a business simulation in which material, information and cash flows can be handled. As result the teamwork became effective.

Develop managers into leaders -Food-
To maintain its leadership position in starches derivate products in Asia, ROQUETTE acquired a Korean production site as well as to build a new manufacturing site. To speed-up the development of the competence level of the organization, E&PC designed and executed a mentoring strategy to develop competences in team-spirit, team-work, systems and processes alignment, coaching and empowering, culture reinforcement. The propagation of the competences took place and solved most issues related to staffing.

Create a value chain for the customer -Retail-
To penetrate the Chinese market, SAINT-GOBAIN LA MAISON innovated in a new retailing model, putting the customer relationship in the center of the value chain. To create a discipline of service that makes a significant difference from the “self-service” competition, E&PC simulated the retail business model and market, enabling an alignment of value creation process, performance management system and adjustment of strategic decisions.

Align human resource management
In most of our cases, the development of the Organizational capital requires an alignment of the Human Resource management.  E&PC is used to provide support in the sourcing, selection, integration, communication, assessment, development, promotion, retention and compensation, integrating all cultural elements in a consistent way, reinforcing leadership efforts
